Our story

More than decorators. Your whole celebration.

Mistake us for a decor team and you would be half right. Versato Ventures was started by Sourabh Kulkarni and Namratha Tejkiran, two people who could not sit still at any celebration without fixing the drape that hung a touch too low or the entry that needed one more spark.

What began as an eye for detail grew into an end-to-end event management company. Today we curate, create and execute under one roof, for weddings, social celebrations and cultural experiences alike, so you can stop juggling vendors and start enjoying your own occasion.

The Versato story

Born from the word Versatile.

Founded in 2020 by Sourabh Kulkarni and Namratha Tejkiran, two artists who chose to bring the language of art into the world of celebrations. The name Versato is inspired by Versatile: the ability to adapt, innovate and create experiences that are as unique as the people celebrating them.

Our philosophy

Every celebration is a creative canvas.

We approach each occasion as a canvas, where a celebration is imagined with care, felt in the room and expressed down to the last detail.

20+ years, combined

With over 20 years of combined artistic and event experience, we read storytelling, rhythm, design, human emotion and audience engagement. Every concept is built with intention. Every detail has a purpose.

What drives us

Mission and vision, minus the jargon.

Two simple ideas we come back to before every single event.

Our mission
Our mission

Make your day extraordinary, and effortless for you.

To plan and run every celebration so thoughtfully that the people they belong to get to be fully present, guests at their own occasion, while we quietly carry the weight.

Our vision
Our vision

Be the name Bengaluru trusts with its biggest moments.

To become the city's most loved events company, so that whether it is a wedding, a milestone or a cultural evening, people think of Versato first, and one warm, creative team that never dropped a detail.

Our promise

We don't simply organise events.

01

We create experiences.

Moments engineered to be felt, not watched from the sidelines.

02

We curate emotions.

Every cue, light and beat timed to move the whole room at once.

03

We celebrate stories.

Your day, told the way only you could have told it.

Creativity is our credibility.

Sourabh Kulkarni

Celebrity actorDirectorAnchorTheatre artist

A celebrity actor, director, anchor and theatre artist, Sourabh brings a performer's eye to every event. He is the one walking the venue at dawn, turning a mood board into decor that actually stands up, on time and on budget. Years on stage and set taught him timing, light and the language of art, and he pours all of it into weddings, brand launches and cultural shows across Bengaluru.

Namratha Tejkiran

Classical dancerEvent plannerHost

A trained classical dancer, Namratha reads rhythm and flow the way she reads a room. She maps timelines, guest movement and every expectation so nothing is left to chance, then makes the plan on paper feel effortless on the day. From intimate ceremonies to grand celebrations, she keeps each one graceful, warm and exactly on cue.
